If upon receiving our products you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange them within 14 days after delivery date. Please contact us via email at email@example.com stating your wish to return or exchange an item. Please kindly make sure the product you are sending back is in its original unworn condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
We recommend to return an item with a tracking number or suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Once we receive your return we will immediately proceed with the refund. If you have any other questions please email us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
